好用的水煮蛋模型

这个是前几天在Japanese centre买的,特别喜欢。

先把鸡蛋煮熟,不要冷却。鸡蛋很烫,可以用小勺将蛋壳敲碎,然后皮就连着一下子撕下来了。

把热乎乎软悠悠的鸡蛋放在模型里,上下压好,放进冷藏库五分钟。

拿出来后,横切一刀,就能看到心形的蛋黄啦~

用煮蛋器煮可能效果会更好,我是用普通锅煮的,所以歪啦!
